Private Event at Meridian Cary

Join us for the 2nd Art of the Soul class at Meridian in Cary!  We will be creating one of a kind journals and talking about all the ways you can use a blank notebook to improve your mental wellness.  All supplies are included and you will receive a toolkit to take home.  No crafting experience necessary.
